Who I am
Victoria Morley
I'm the founder of Genius AI and the creator of GeniusCodes™ and the Genius Archetypes™. What I do is hard to put in a box — which is rather the point.
I see the rarest, most potent strand of a woman's genius — the thing she's so normalised she can no longer see it — and I name it back to her in language she can finally build a whole business around.
Most of the women I work with were told to copy a funnel, follow a blueprint, scale like someone they're not. But they're not amplifiers of other people's work. They're originators — and the strategies they were handed were built for a different kind of genius entirely.
So I don't lead with strategy. I go to the soul of the work — the gift only you carry — and then we build the offers, the messaging and the world that make you a category of one.
The gift
I see past the human. Past the personality. Past the conditioning — to the essence of the thing underneath.
The one you can't see, because you're standing inside it. I see it in how women speak — the thing they keep skating past, the gift they buried because it came so easily they stopped believing it counted.

What I'm here for
Every deeply gifted woman I've ever worked with was hiding the most potent thing about her.
Usually the magic. The seeing, the knowing, the part that felt too much, too weird, or too spiritual to say out loud. And every single time she stopped hiding it, the right people came — more aligned, more obsessed, willing to pay for the depth instead of the effort.
